Hello everyone Welcome to my learning blog. Along with heading Mathematics Department in my school, I am given addition duty of academic advisor (Mentor) for classes VI-VIII. I think that being a Mathematics Educator, this course will help me in improving my skills in assessment techniques and I will be able to explore formative and summative methods in detail. Assessment tools and strategies consistently and effectively removes the surprises from getting final grades by the students. When integrated into teaching and learning on an ongoing basis effectively, students can constantly improve and excel, and it will give me an opportunity to device better methods to develop such tools.
